Bush A Bit Perplexed Upon Visit to Collapsed Bridge

Bush made his press appearance to the collapsed bridge. Somehow I’m left wondering if he’s hoping for a ratings improvement. To give Bush’s White House credit, it’s definitely an improvement from the response to Katrina.
